Study-aid Program
All things being equal. Sometimes it's opposite.
The most powerful equal right is the right to get education. However, the education difference between the remote area and the large cities is huge and even becomes bigger due to the economical difference in regions. In the far mountain area, the situation is more than severe. The financial support to improve the education condition is far from enough, the schools don't get repair for years, students cannot afford the tuition fees, teachers have to change to another job to make living, etc. All these reality is too cruel to be accepted.
To help improve the current situation, although there is other similar charity programs available, Chinese Red Cross Foundation (CRCF) still decide to launch a series of Study Aid Programs, under the name of Fraternity Programs? to help equalize the educational rights in the remote area.
